知っておくべきこと
認定資格はどこで取得できますか。
You can download certificates for completed courses on Bentley Learn, our user learning platform for software. Log in using your Bentley Education details and navigate to My Activities on your Home dashboard in Bentley Learn to find them.
We can’t certify downloadable resources or face-to-face training not hosted on Bentley Learn. Educators must certify their own in-classroom training against their institution’s accreditation standards.

ソフトウェアをダウンロードまたは起動するにはどうすればよいですか?
1. bentley.com/education/sign-upでBentley Educationに登録し、学生または教育者としての資格を確認します。すでに登録されている場合は、ログインします。
2. Bentley Educationのソフトウェア検索ページに移動します。
3. 教育機関へのアクセス権で利用可能なソフトウェアを検索し、[インストール]を選択します。
4. デバイスがシステム要件を満たしており、ソフトウェアをダウンロードするのに十分なハードドライブ容量があることを確認してください。Chromebook、スマートフォン、タブレットではダウンロードはサポートされません。お使いのデバイスが要件を満たしていない場合は、 お問い合わせいただき、サポートを受けられるかどうかご確認ください。
5. インストールパッケージをダウンロードし、ブラウザから起動して、インストール手順を完了します。最初のダウンロードには、接続ゲートウェイが含まれます。
6. アプリケーションを開き、各セッションの開始時に接続ゲートウェイにログインします。
7. それでもソフトウェアにアクセスできない場合は、接続ゲートウェイに再度ログインしてみてください。正常にログインしていない場合は、開いている他のウィンドウを確認してください。エラーメッセージが表示される場合は、教育機関へのアクセス権の有効期限が切れている可能性があります。プロフィールにログインし、アクセスを回復するための手順を完了します。
